Umang Kajaria

Umang Kajaria is a Partner in the Tech sector based in New York. He has been involved with key deals, including MyCase, Verint Systems, Paycor, ECi Software Solutions, Duck Creek Technologies, Aptos, Azentio and Shriram City Union Finance.

Prior to joining Apax, Umang was an Associate at Silver Lake Partners in their private equity team in New York, where he specialized in investments in the technology and technology-enabled sectors. Prior to that, Umang was an Analyst in the TMT (Tech, Media, Telecom) Investment Banking group at Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York.

Umang holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BS in Computer Science and Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University (honors).

Umang serves as a board member of MyCase, Paycor, ECi Software Solutions and Duck Creek Technologies. He previously served on the board of Aptos.
