Lynette Green, Senior Behavioral Health Officer, LCSW, SIFI

Mental Health Clinic

I began my career at HSVS as the Clinical Supervisor and became the Clinic Director in September 2018. My goal is to ensure that every patient that seeks service has their needs assessed and that the treatment provided helps to alleviate the symptoms that brought them to the clinic.

As a social work practitioner, I have provided services to people across the lifespan. I utilize a client-centered approach and work in collaboration with each client to plan their course of therapy. I prefer a brief therapy approach to focus on the most pressing reason for a person seeking therapeutic services. I combine various methodologies in my treatment approach as “one size doesn’t fit all”. I use humor in therapy as well as song and will sing opera in sessions.
