Mental Health Clinic

I believe in the innate strength and resilience of all people. If a client is dealing with anxiety, depression, difficult relationships, or the aftermath of abuse, my role is to help them discover their own power for healing, coping, and thriving. Everyone deserves a chance to find peace and joy.

I began working at HeartShare St. Vincent’s in 2014, after completing a bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology at NYU, and a Master degree in Art Therapy at the School of Visual Arts. I am deeply committed to continued professional development to better serve my clients. A significant portion of my professional development work focuses on building skills to support clients as they recover from traumatic experiences.

As a trauma-informed clinician, I offer an integrated approach to empowerment by blending psychodynamic modalities with creative arts therapy, play therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). Pulling from these different methodologies allows for a flexible and respectful process, sensitive to the age of the client and to their life history. I have extensive experience working with
