Jessica is passionate about the potential power of therapy and understands it is a deeply unique and personal experience. She approaches the therapeutic relationship with humility and interest, committed to collaboration in the space created and recognizing the importance of time and context that is specific to every individual. Jessica appreciates the importance and influence of early childhood experiences, particularly in establishing a sense of self. She strongly believes in a comprehensive holistic approach to overall health and wellbeing and is deeply invested in exploring the mind/body connection.

Jessica attended Drexel University where she worked at the English Language Center and the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia. She has professional experience in program management with specific focus on systems in formal educational training programs. She has worked as a home behavioral therapist, a crisis intervention counselor and as part of a collaborative treatment team for children and adolescents at a pediatric psychiatric hospital.

During her graduate training, Jessica interned at the Institute for Psychoanalytic Training and Research where she provided individual psychodynamic psychotherapy. She obtained her master’s degree from the Silver School of Social Work at New York University and is committed to a life of curiosity and continued learning.
