Dalia Mechanic is a Principal at Bennett Midland LLC, a civic-sector consulting firm that works exclusively with not-for-profits, city agencies, and foundations to solve operational problems, design and launch strategies and initiatives, strengthen management practices, and manage complex multi-stakeholder implementation efforts. In this capacity, Dalia has worked extensively with the NYC Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) on an array of projects focused on child welfare and juvenile justice issues and has become passionate about ensuring that all children are provided with the best possible services and resources to live healthy, happy lives. Prior to joining Bennett Midland, Dalia worked in the non-profit sector. Dalia holds an MPA from New York University and a B.A. from Bates College.
