Christopher Jones was employed by the former St. Vincent’s Services (SVS) for 40 years until his retirement in 2013. Chris began his career with SVS as a caseworker and child care worker. After attending graduate school, he returned to SVS as a social service supervisor and eventually Director of Group Homes. Chris retired from St. Vincent’s as Managing Director of Youth Residential Services and Associate Executive Director. During his employment, Chris worked with ACS and OMH residential programs as well as ACS Foster Boarding Homes. He served on various committees with ACS and COFCCA focused on program and planning. Chris earned his degrees from Fordham College and Fordham School of Social Services. He also studied graduate business at LIU and attended the non-profit management program at Harvard University. He has lived with his wife, Stephanie, in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn for 35 years.
